Frequently asked.
Do you take walk-ins?
When there is a gap, yes — but the studio takes one client at a time, so booking ahead is much safer. A quick WhatsApp before you set off will tell you if there is space today.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days for a manicure or waxing, and about a week for a full set of nails or lashes. Fridays, Saturdays and the run-up to holidays fill first.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem — just give as much notice as you can so the slot can go to somebody else. Repeated same-day no-shows may need a deposit for future bookings.
Do you fix or fill nails done elsewhere?
Yes, on most sets. Send a clear photo first so we can tell you honestly whether a fill or a fresh set will give you a better result.
How long do gel and acrylic last?
A gel manicure looks good for two to three weeks. An acrylic or gel-X set needs a fill every two to three weeks as your natural nail grows out.
Can I bring a picture of what I want?
Please do. Screenshots are the single best way to communicate a look. Send it with your booking message so the right colours are ready.
Is there parking?
There is street parking on Main Street and nearby side streets, plus public lots a short walk away.
What do you accept for payment?
Cash, all major cards, Apple Pay and Zelle. Gift cards are available in any amount.
