We keep this simple: nothing that tracks you runs unless you say yes, and you can change your mind whenever you like.
The short version
This site sets no tracking cookies until you press “Accept”. If you press “Decline”, no analytics ever load. We run no advertising cookies at all.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way, and we treat them the same.
What we use
Strictly necessary
One entry in your browser’s local storage, called nbs-consent-v1, remembers your answer to the cookie banner so you are not asked on every page. It contains only the word “accepted” or “declined”. It cannot identify you. This cannot be switched off, because without it we cannot remember that you said no.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept, we may load Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It tells us things like “40 people looked at the services page this week”. It does not tell us who you are, and IP addresses are anonymised. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
Advertising
None. We do not run retargeting or advertising pixels on this site.
Third-party content
Two things on this site are served by other companies, and they may set their own cookies once loaded:
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site.
Following a link to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp takes you to those companies’ own sites, where their policies apply.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and change your answer. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
